Qualifications for Participation
High school students 14 years-of-age or older and undergraduate students no older than 24 years-of-age are invited to participate.
This course is limited to sixty participants. All applicants will be considered.
Program Tuition
TOTAL COST for this two-week program comes to $1,999.00.
$744.00 of that total sum goes toward ROOM and BOARD.
Once accepted a $250.00 DEPOSIT is required with the application in order to secure the student's spot.
Room and Board
Students will be conveniently and comfortably housed in the Western Carolina University dormitories, and will have access to the University dining halls as well as local eateries Students should arrive at the Western Carolina University campus for move-in. Extracurricular Activities
In addition to regularly scheduled classes, participants will attend performances at local theatres such as the Flat Rock Playhouse and Unto These Hills. Further activities include a group rafting trip in scenic Western North Carolina. Of course, students will also have free time to socialize and explore the beautiful Western Carolina University campus.
